Come join us at our North Park tasting room as our Brewmaster Paul Sangster talks you through a delicious 3-course meal!
Course 1: Beer cheese fondue made with our Break Line Bock. Dipping items: white cheddar focaccia, beer brats & veggies. Served with a pint of Break Line Bock.
Course 2: Black Lagoon beer braised short rib mac & cheese w/ gorgonzola, caramelized onions, red peppers & balsamic glaze. Served with a pint of Black Lagoon Scottish Strong.
Course 3: Beer float with our Chocolate Milkstache (sweet stout aged on cacao nibs) and Peanut Butter Cup ice cream.
