The Meditation Trust Christmas Ball
Fancy something unique and special this Christmas? This is the perfect opportunity to come together with hundreds of like minded people, meditate and have lots of fun!
The event will feature live music, sing-alongs, delicious vegetarian food and The Trust's got Talent, a unique talent show where our talented meditators can show off their skills and talents.
Live music will be provided by the up and coming Antarma who has been getting all Europe to dance and smile with his uplifting, joyful conscious Djembe Reggae Soul Rap.
Tickets are only £5 or buy 2 for £8.50. Absolutely everyone is welcome, whether they practice TM or any other practice. If you don't have a practice you'll be instructed in a very simple mindfulness technique.
