JCC East Bay Parenting Seminar Eat. Sleep. Love
Eat. Sleep. Love. Consistency, routine, and security, with Marla Rosen, MA, MFTI of the Jewish Family and Community Services of the East Bay
We learn by observing, attuning and by making mistakes how to best help our children self- regulate and develop coping strategies in their world. We will discuss how developing consistency and routines for our little ones, as well as for ourselves, we build strong capacity for security, learning and discovery.
Marla Rosen, MA, MFTI is an Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant and therapist vat Jewish Family & Community Services East Bay. She served as director of an Early Childcare Center and worked in Early Intervention for the 0-3 population. She has a Masters in Early Childhood Education from the Erikson Institute and is a registered MFTI intern.
This program is generously sponsored by the Jewish Federation of the East Bay's Sprout Initiative: Helping Jewish Families Grow Together. This program is a part of the JCC East Bay's TIPS for Families Program: Toddler, Infant, and Parenting Series.
