Sage Hen Dessert Series
Have you ever heard of a syllabub? What, exactly, is a corn puff? Trifecta Tavern and pastry chef Eve Kuttemann are excited to introduce you to the undiscovered history of the American dessert with our monthly dessert series Sage Hen. Sage Hen, old American slang for a woman, aims to unfold the original recipes of American cookery. Selecting recipes from early America cookbooks, Kuttemann designs a new three course dessert tasting monthly. With eight stools ringing her work station, cookbooks at hand for reference, Kuttemann cooks, whips and plates as she elaborates on recipes lost to time.
