(tools you can use or create to ascertain which grant opportunity is right for your organization); The Art of Advocacy: Communicating with Government Officials (led by our board chair, Lt. Gov. Brad Owen); Navigating Legal and Tax Issues for the Non-Profit (this workshop is being led by a partner from one of the premier law firms in Seattle, Dorsey Whitney LLC); The Quality Movement in Washington (funders and providers will discuss how quality assurance is defining the future of youth serving organizations across the state); Understanding Program Successes and Challenges: Program Evaluation, Data Tools and Resources and Establishing Corporate Relationships...Looking Beyond the Money (it's good to have friends that care about your work).
