Belly Dance Fitness Workshop with Vin Iyer!
Don't miss this unique belly dance fitness class! You'll leave feeling sexy and energetic as you work your body from head to toe. Improve your posture, work your core, and tone your body using muscles you didn't even know you had! This workout incorporates all phases of a dance fitness workout. Using breakdowns and repetitions, you'll gain strength and confidence all while burning fat and having fun. Join us and unleash your inner diva!
An experienced fitness and dance professional, Vin teaches all levels of classes in freestyle step, dance aerobics, sculpting and conditioning in addition to Zumba classes. Vin is a Zumba Jammer and enjoys running workshops, sharing choreography and training other instructors. With a background in the traditional dance of India, Bharatnatyam, Vin learned more western styles in New York City. She enjoys belly dancing and added it to her list of skills 10 years ago. She is Level II Certified under The Suhaila Salimpour School of Dance and is continuing her classes under her format in New Jersey at the Drum & and Dance Learning Center. She leads an active fitness lifestyle and is always trying to improve her skills and classes.
