SALINAS VALLEY: ServSafe Food Manager Certification Training + Exam
ServSafe Food Manager Certification Training + Examination This is an 4 hour instructor led class followed by a 2 hour, 90 question exam session. The exam is done online, from 2-4. By completing the online version of the exam, instant results are available. Pen and paper exam version is available upon request, with results in 10 business days. This is the Manager Certification with ANSI accredited material and examination provided and created by the National Restaurant Association and presented by A Training Company.
The class schedule looks something like this:
9:50-10am Check-in and registration 10:00am Class begins 12-12:30 Lunch 2pm - 4pm Exam Begins
For the Exam Only, arrive no later than 2:00.
When you register for the class and exam, you get: A 22 page Study Guide Practice exam and answer key Email reminders that include additional optional prep exercises Optional book purchase is mailed upon registration
Please bring the following things with you to class: Printed copy of your study materials A photo ID Tablet or notebook for the exam Textbook, if purchased

Q: Can I pay the day of the class? A: Yes, you may pay the day of the class. There will be $20 added to your fee on the day of the training. For same day payments, register through our website at www.atrainingcompany.com/evevents/ Find your class and follow the checkout process. Select "Pay the day of the class" as your payment option during the checkout process.
Q: What if I fail the exam? A: If you fail the exam, you may retake the exam at our special retest rate of $99. You will need to re-register for another class. The first fail, you may retake the exam immediately, upon payment.
Q: What is the refund policy? A: ATC allows for one reschedule if done 5 days in advance of the class. Anything after that time is subject to a $50 rescheduling fee, payable a the time of the rebooking. No shows on the day of the class may be subject to forfeiture of any fees paid. Although there are no refunds given once registered for a class, you may transfer a paid seat registration to another student at any time before the class.
Q: Do I need to purchase the ServSafe Manager Book? A: No. The textbook is not a required purchase. However, only A Training Company is this book at such savings! If purchased directly from ServSafe, the textbook is over 20% higher and double the shipping. This special pricing is only available at the time of class registration and limited to only one per student.
