Join us for this unique food and beer experience as Local Habit Chef Nick Brune and Pizza Port Carlsbad Head Brewer Ignacio Cervantes collaborate to bring you five delicious courses of farm fresh food paired with five unique craft beers from the winner of the Large Brewpub and Large Brewpub Brewer of the Year at the 2011 Great American Beer Festival!

Roasted Fennel and Leek Soup paired with Revelations (2011 GABF Silver Medal-Belgian-Style Strong Specialty Ale)

Second Course

Spicy Table Side Caesar with Pacific Anchovie paired with Poor Vato (Imperial IPA on nitro)

Third Course

Mussels with Lamb "Tasso" and Tomato paired with 547 Haight (2011 GABF Gold Medal-Imperial Red Ale)

Fourth Course

Crispy Bourbon Braised Berkshire Pork with Brown Sugar Brulee and Frisee paired with Bagby's Last Stand (American Strong Ale)

Fifth Course

Chocolate Tamale with Blackberry and Clove paired with Knight Rider with Chipotle, Mexican Cocoa, and Cayenne (Imperial Stout)

There are still tickets remaining for the 7 pm seating for this dinner. Reservations are $50 per person, exclusive of gratuity and sales tax. Sales tax of 7.75% will be added to the ticket price at checkout.
