COMPROMISED / Wendy Osserman Dance Company
Four dancers collaborate with choreographer Wendy Osserman in this evening-length premiere. The movement is fueled by the contradictions we find between and within us. Osserman has always taken the political personally and humor emerges from the seriousness of her concern. Dancers: Lauren Ferguson, Cori Kresge, Cara Heerdt, Milan Misko and Wendy Osserman. The score includes music by Eric Satie arranged by Jordan Mclean, drummer Victor Lewis and interviews with people representing a range of political viewpoints. Set created by Charles Hinman, the artist who is credited with making the first paintings that were "off the wall." Lighting by Roderick Murray. Costumes by Zuzka Kurtz.
