Tres Vidas
A chamber music theatre work with singing and trio ensemble based on the lives of three legendary Latin American Women: Mexican painter Frida Kahlo, Salvadoran peasant activist Rufina Amaya and Argentinean poet Alfonsina Storni. Text is by Marjorie Agosin. Music includes popular and folk songs from Mexico, El Salvador and Argentina as well as Vocal and Instrumental music by Astor Piazzolla, Carlos Gardel and Osvaldo Golijov. This special evening includes Cocktails and Appetizers at 5:30pm (Cash bar), Performance at 7:00pm and a talkback at 8:30 with actress Rosa Rodriguez.
