"DAY OF ABSENCE" comical look at what happens one day when all the black folks disappear in a southern town. How will the trash be picked up? Who will keep house? Who will take care of (meaning rear) the children? What are we gonna do? "HAPPY ENDING" involves two domestics facing the horrors of the possible divorce of their employers. What about the benefits that their employers are providing them and their families with? Something must be done!!!
