SYNOPSIS of play:
Homecoming tells the story of a working class Detroit family- made up of an an alcoholic Vietnam vet, and his two adult daughters the elder (HOPE) has moved back home to take care of the father- while the younger one(KATE)- has long been in Hollywood pursuing her dream of an acting career. They are reunited by the death of their brother (the apple of his father's eye) who was serving in Afghanistan. In the midst of dealing with their loss, long held resentments come to the surface that threaten to tear this family apart.
