Back Forty Beer Company Pop-up Beer Dinner #4
Join us September 16 for round four of our Back Forty Pop-up Craft Beer Dinner series. This round is all about welcoming in our good friend Fall in Alabama. Nothing says Fall like hickory smoke wafting through the perfectly chilly Autumn night air with just a hint of sweet bourbon cutting through the smell of sausage on the grill.
Fall in Alabama means the smell of the freshly mowed practice field, catching a spiraling football with your non-beverage hand and stirring in the jumbo gulf shrimp to simmer in a big ol' pot of gumbo. It means stuffing your grits full of andouille sausage and fresh farm cheese to go with that smoky chicken and fall-off-the-bone ribs. Fall means harvesting those ripe farm veggies straight from the soil, a quick wash in Alabama spring water, then right into the pan...the freshest fixin's you'll ever stick a fork in.
Y'all come have supper with us and we'll raise a glass to our favorite change in the seasons...it's Fall in Alabama. Who's hungry?

2nd Course: Truck Stop Honey Brown Ale - Fresh Gulf Gumbo
3rd Course: Freckle Belly IPA - Stuffed Chicken with Andouille Cheese Grits
4th Course: Naked Pig Pale Ale - Soulswine Babyback Ribs, Mexican Corn and Slaw
5th Course: Trade Day Cuban Coffee Stout - Bourbon Caramel Trade Day Float with a Southern Coffee Cake
