The Guild of Cookery is a collaboration of young chefs who are passionate about Medieval food and Game of Thrones. We attempt to recreate feasts verbatim from George R.R. Martin's 'A Song of Ice and Fire.' In an attempt at historical accuracy, we pull most of our recipes from 15th and 16th century manuscripts. This is our passion project...

The menu will be as follows:

Pears poached in wine
Tiny fish rolled in salt and fried crisp
Roast capons stuffed with mushrooms and onions
Mounds of turnips, sweet corn and pease
Immense Hams
Roast Geese
Trenchers full of venison stewed with beer and barley
Lemon cakes in the shape of roses
Spiced honey biscuits
and Wheels of buttery cheese

No feast would be complete, of course, without ample libations. We have carefully curated our drink menu to pair with the food and reflect the essence of Highgarden. Drinks will be available a la carte.

Costumes are not required, but those who do come in costume will receive a free drink!
