10 am KOLOBOK Vancouver Puppet Theatre (15 min) ages 1 to 7
Vancouver Puppet Theatre is happy to announce our New Puppet Show for young kids.

11 am THE WORLD OF MOTHER GOOSE Judy Anderson, Cobble Hill (30 min) young children & family Colourful charming a wee bit silly and a little absent minded With pockets full of fun Baskets of surprises and a trunk packed with puppets and toys Mother Goose weaves a crazy collection of stories and tales around familiar nursery rhymes and songs.

12 pm SHADOW PUNCHO - shadow magic show David Gifford, Victoria (30min) 5 & up. David Gifford is renowned for his musically accompanied magic performances that appeal to audiences ranging from the enthusiastic and curious to the skeptical. Gifford is a visual art educator at the University of Victoria and is also a Canada Council for the Arts award recipient and co-founder of the Ministry of Casual Living artist-run centre.

1 pm The Message is the Mess & The Death and Resurrection of Little Lumen - Moth Orbit Object Theatre, Vancouver (30 min)
- not recommended for small children -
Moth Orbit is a moth-eaten monument built of found objects and rejected materials. Re-imagined and re-animated, trash becomes treasure and static materials become spirited. Each act of puppetry holds a mirror to the existential condition and suggests a solution: it is possible to remain enchanted despite an awareness of the mechanisms at play.
