Tastings from 3 chefs, each providing 4-6 oz of brisket per person
3 sides provided by Iron Pig Alehouse
3 beers - welcome beer and two at the table while dining. We will have a rep from Mother Earth (from Vista) visit each table to speak about the beers during the event.
Each attendee will also be given a ballot to vote for People's Choice.
Family Style dining - platters of brisket and sides will be delivered to each table.
