Bellingham City Club January Meeting
On January 25th, 2012 Bellingham City Club will feature a panel discussion on Growth Management as it impacts all of Whatcom County. Kaleen Cottingham, Director of the Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office, who worked on the original Growth Management legislation, will present an overview. She will then moderate a panel discussion by Mayor Gary Jensen of Ferndale; Jean Melious, former chair of the Whatcom County Planning Commission and board member of Futurewise; and Jay Irwin, Bellingham land use consultant.
