Whisky and Cheese
Whereas most people think about pairing cheese with wine or port, the fantastic combination of cheese and whisky is often, sadly, overlooked. So, it's time to redress the balance.....
Taking place within the wonderful surroundings of the McWilliam Room of the Glasite Meeting House, during this tasting you'll try six delicious drams - all single malts - paired with six different types of cheese. The cheese is of the highest quality (being from I.J Mellis, you would expect nothing less!) and highlights the complex flavours and characteristics of each whisky.
