Contra Dance
'Contra Dance is a nod to the changing nature and evolving issues of our rural New Hampshire communities,' says Nesbitt of her work. 'It looks at age and change, the fleeting nature of success, and the way we define and create relationships and home. The place is local, but the issues are universal. We face them in different ways, sometimes with grace, sometimes with resistance, sometimes with humor, but always with our flawed humanity intact.'
