Farm-to-Table Cooking Class - Stone Fruits, Sweet Corn, Local Tomatoes
Join Eat Seattle's Chef Suzanne O'Neill as she leads a 3-course, hands-on, cooking class. Eat Seattle procures the freshest seasonal, ingredients from the Pike Place Market. The class starts off with a brief shopping tour to learn about seasonal NW produce and proteins then culminates in the market's Atrium kitchen where you will learn, laugh and get your hands dirty.
