Kathy Watson's Thai Cooking Class
Join James and Allyson Pate and Stu and Kathy Watson at Lakecliff for a night in Thailand. Bring your chef's knife! Kathy will teach, we'll all cook and enjoy a Thai feast together. Kathy will show us how to master the recipes for pork satay with peanut dipping sauce, green papaya salad, stir-fried brussels sprouts, pork belly curry and sticky rice. Dishes will be paired with wine & beers.
