Uncle Vanya
Russian drama returns!
This September 24-27, The Art Theater of Davis will present its fifth production, an original translation/adaptation of Anton Chekhov's comedic drama, Uncle Vanya.
One of the world's greatest dramatic works, this play speaks to themes of universal relevance: the destruction of our natural environment, the importance of work, and the delicate balance of love.
The cast includes Lisa Halko, Matt Urban, Baki Tezcan, Corey Shake, Jenna Templeton, Gail Finney, Christina Schiesari, and Sean O'Brien.
The production staff includes translator Adam Siegel, stage director Timothy Nutter, and technical director Matthew Harral.
