Seattle Unity Earth Care presents an Urban Organic Brunch featuring a delicious meal prepared by Herban Feast-voted in 2011 "Best Caterer"& "Best Quintessential Seattle-Area Reception Site" by Seattle Bride Magazine. Herban Feast is owned and operated by West Seattle finest gourmet restaurant, Fresh Bistro.
The menu shall include:

Featuring two kinds:
alder smoked bacon, mushroom, rosemary & cheddar
roasted veggie, caramelized onion. thyme & goat cheese
Assorted Sliced Breakfast Breads & Petite Scones

Special appearance and book-signing by Amy Pennington, award-winning author of "Urban Pantry: Tips and Recipes for a Thrifty, Sustainable & Seasonal Kitchen", and "Apartment Gardening: Plants, Projects, and Recipes for Growing Food in Your Urban Home".
