VFN On Orchard Dinner at Eden Ice Cider
Come savor the bounty of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom in a beautiful setting at Eden Ice Cider Company's orchard and winery in West Charleston. Chef Laura Thompson, late of Parker Pie fame, will present a menu featuring meats from Winding Brook Farm, vegetables from Bub's Best and Pete's Greens and cheeses from Jasper Hill Farm and Ploughgate Creamery. The evening will start with a tour of the orchard and winery at 5:30 p.m. and proceed with a three-course meal served family-style at 6:30 p.m. There will be a wine pairing with each course, including our award-winning Eden ice cider.
