LONGHOUSE ROX THE BARN

Chopped champ, chef/owner of downtown Manhattan's much-anticipated Kingsley, and badass mistress of the fire is offering three, rare culinary experiences that go nose-to-tail with fish, meat, and birds, respectively.
The afternoon is spent cooking, nibbling, and sipping. Evenings are reserved for se-rious wining and dining.
TWO WAYS TO JOIN:
Supper Club Membership: Includes 3 cooking camps fueled by handcrafted cocktails and snacks. The dinners take place in our rustic barn and live-fire cooking arena in the upper Hudson Valley. Close to the source, Chef Spruance and friends respond to the ingredients on hand to create a multi-course menu, paired with wine. Supper Club Members get serious swag, including the chef's recipes and goodies for the road.
$500, plus tax and gratuity.
A Single Cooking Camp + Individual Dinner: The cooking camp is fueled by handcrafted cocktails and snacks, and wine is thoughtfully paired with each of the courses on the dinner menu.
$200, plus tax and gratuity.

Surf a partnership with Sea to Table, the sustainable fish source that features a pri-mer in Razor Clams and bivalves, with a little wade into sea vegetables and a ride on two local, seasonal fish such as striped bass or cod.

Take wing with a partnership with Fossil Farms from Boonton, New Jersey that fea-tures the care and handling of two heritage breeds of birds, the exploration of some juicy, pitted tree fruit, and local heritage corn.
