Tomato Dinner at flour + water
Monday, August 29th, flour + water celebrates the tomato! Join us in celebration of this short and flavorful summer season at an intimate dinner at the Chef's Table with Chef Thomas McNaughton. Thomas' favorite summer ingredient serves as inspiration to a diverse menu incorporating the many interpretations of the tomato. He will introduce the heirloom tomato and the wonderful color spectrum into a six-course tasting menu with wine pairings in the Dough Room. Although it doesn't always feel like summer in San Francisco, the first ripe, locally grown tomato always serves as a pleasant reminder. The menu will play on the wonderful flavors of our favorite heirlooms as well as their various textures. Tomatoes for this dinner are provided courtesy of our friends and farmers at: Wild Boar Farms, Free Spirit Farms, Marquita Farm and Dirty Girl Produce.
2 seatings available at 5.45 PM and 8.45 PM. Twelve seats are available in each. The six-course dinner, with wine pairings, will cost $175 (INCLUSIVE OF GRATUITY).
