Protecting Student Filmmakers with Jill Ormond
On August 6, 2011, Entertainment Attorney Jill J. Ormond will be joining IFP Phoenix for a very special seminar for our young filmmakers and film school instructors.
She has developed this session for anyone who wants a better understanding of the laws and regulations that govern the use of public places, copyrighted materials, personal stories and other things that often get filmmakers in trouble while attempting to pursue their craft.
As part of the new Professional Development series, this course is equivalent the successful completion of a 4-hour training course on the legal safeguards that protect student filmmakers engaged in the learning and practice of their craft.
