I Ghee Making Workshop I
Ghee Making Workshop with Molly Russell and Zoe Tollefson Presented by: The Longevity Project
For thousands of years, mothers and grandmothers have sat around bubbling golden pots of simmering ghee on the fire. What ghee is? How is it made? Why is it used in so many kitchens around the world?
Come gather around the table with Molly and Zoe to explore the benefits of cooking with ghee and making it from scratch - improving your digestion, increasing your immunity, clarifying your mind, and making your dishes more delicious. We will then have a hands-on cooking workshop making ghee from start to finish.
Bring a notebook and pen.
Fresh organic ghee will be available for purchase.
