An Evening with Deva Premal & Miten
Deva Premal's pure voice and the ancient mantras she sings are a potent combination that is calling to an ever-increasing number of people. Her soulful rendering of these timeless sounds strikes a powerful chord - whether it's for a private audience with the Dalai Lama, motivational speaker Anthony Robbins, actress-singer Cher or in front of hundreds or thousands of adoring fans around the world.
Miten, who plays guitar and sings harmony, also performs his own songs of celebration. During their concerts, Deva Premal & Miten invite the audience to experience the performance without the customary applause. This creates a deep silence, a connection between performers and audience that invites stillness and introspection. Says Miten, "The true purpose of our music is to awaken a longing in the heart for that which is omnipresent: the experience of silence and meditation. do i need to buy a ticket for a 3 year old. he can sit on a lap. |

There is no charge for small children, however we ask that the parent select a seat on an aisle that is near the back of the theater so you can slip out easily if the child starts making noise. This is a meditative event and we ask that parents be responsible that their children to not disturb other attendees. Thanks. |
