"Le mattine dieci alle quattro"
A New Play in Italian by Luca De Bei

This play delicately deals with universal themes such as friendship, love and hope, as explored through three young people's early morning encounters at a bus stop in the suburbs of Rome. The playwright, Luca De Bei, focuses on the conversations between the three youths as a means of uncovering their respective aspirations and dreams and how these often contrast with the challenges and brutality of their daily reality.
"Le mattine dieci alle quattro" was a finalist at the "Enrico Maria Salerno per la Drammaturgia" prize in 2007, and in 2009 it was a finalist at the "Premio Riccione per il Teatro."

about La Bottega
La Bottega is Laura Cararrotti, Stella Toppan, Fabio Bisceglie & Carlotta Brentan: four young people with a dream to promote Italian culture in New York through contemporary Italian theatre. Their mission is to allow Italian theatre to expand beyond Italian borders; using exclusively Italian actors and troupe members, geared towards an Italian-speaking audience.
Through the medium of theatre, La Bottega will catapult the audience, Italians and Italophiles alike, into an Italian reality: to allow them to live within the Italian experience: the smells, the colors, the sounds of home.
