Adventures in African Cultures, West African Dance and Drumming Interactive Workshop
Come enjoy learning about the culture of Guinea, West Africa through the dance and music. The African dance lady, Angela "Sadio" Watson, and master drummer, Baba Kenyatta will get everyone involved, playing instruments (e.g., bells, shakeres, drums), singing songs, and get those who are adventurous on their feet to learn the movements of some traditional dances. These experienced teachers and performers will make the hour and a half long interactive workshop fun and educational for all.
