The Alumni Dinner
To mark 4th & Swift's 7th Anniversary, Chef and owner Jay Swift is reuniting seven of the chefs who have been instrumental to the restaurant's success for a unique seven-course dinner.
The seven 4th & Swift alumni presenting the seven courses will be:
Brian Carson--The Pig and the Pearl
Bryan Stoffelen--Cakes and Ale
Graham House--4th & Swift
Andreas Muller--Revival
Chris Hall--Local Three, Common Quarter, Muss & Turners, Eleanor's
Zach Meloy--Better Half
Chrysta Poulos--Rocket Farms Restaurants
The dinner will also feature current 4th & Swift and Noble Fin chefs Jeb Aldrich, Adele Williams, Jacob Politz, & Blake Saavedra.
Proceeds will benefit the Giving Kitchen.
