4Motion Dance Theatre Company: The Wonderland Tour 2015
To kick-start their 10-year anniversary celebrations, this summer 4Motion Dance Theatre Company is presenting 'The Wonderland Tour' at their creative resident home - Brigidine School in Windsor. This unique festival-style experience is a sites specific performance around the grounds of this beautiful 100-year old school, and we invite you to join us on a magical journey of live dance theatre, music and celebrations.
4Motion invites you the audience to adventure into the Wonderland Tour to witness the magical woodland creatures and mermaids spring to life, explore the mysterious underworld where witches and spiders are ready to entice you under their spell, and to be entertained by the talented touring Vaudevillian troupe who will guide you on this Wonderland journey.
This unique dance performance will be performed by over 150 4Motion dancers from our young Sparks, Flames and school groups, to our community adult group and youth companies. The performance offers a unique dance experience as the audience is guided around the grounds of the school to be entertained by human clocks and magician assistants, mermaids and street party dancers and many many more wonderfully wacky and talented dancers!
The Wonderland Tour takes place on Saturday 4th July (4pm, 6pm, 8pm) at Brigidine School. Please park or walk into the entrance off Kings Road, as this is where your Wonderland Tour experience starts! Each performance last approximately 1 hour 15 minutes, and has an audience capacity of 50, so please book your tickets early as once a performance slot is sold out we will not be able to release further tickets.
The Wonderland Tour is a celebration of everyone's hard work, commitment and creative contributions to 4Motion over the past 10- years, and the entertainment doesn't stop on the dance floor! There will be hay bails to chill out on, food and drink to buy, and picnic areas to relax and socialise to take in the creative atmosphere, so please bring a blanket and invite your friends, and join us for a magical Wonderland night to remember.
