Burning Man presents: PRECOMPRESSION at American Steel
This annual community celebration delivers all the creative content you know and love: from big art, theme camps and mutant vehicles to fanciful and firey artists, performers and participants of every variety. This event, at one of the Bay Area's most loved art making spaces, brings the party to the ARTy in grand style!

Gate @ Mandela/20th St opens 6:30pm to 2:00am
Outdoor Sound ends at 1 am, Indoor Sound at 1:30 am.
Bonus Gifting Opportunity! We are collecting supplies at the front gate for our HOMELESS CARE-PACK project! We welcome donations of any of the following (new) items: socks, toothbrush & paste, rain poncho, canned protein & opener, hand sanitizer, babywipes, soap. Any quantity of any item is appreciated!

Free bus shuttle provided by "Bertha the Big Blue Bus" from West Oakland BART station to American Steel from 8pm to 12:30am. Look for the big blue bus!
Leaving W.Oakland BART Station: 8:00pm, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 12:00
Leaving American Steel to W. Oakland BART: 8:15pm, 8:45, 9:15, 9:45, 10:15, 10:45, 11:15, 11:45, 12:15am (to get you to BART at 12:30) Last train to SF is 12:50am if that is your destination.
