The KoAloha Story & Concert, Herb "Ohta-san" Ohta, Herb Ohta Jr,Tony Conjugacion
The ASPIRE Program at Evergreen Valley College in association with KoAloha 'Ukulele, Lele Music Productions and Ukulele Source, present The KoAloha Story. Award winning film producer Gary San Angel gives us a unique view 15 years into the past. The animated feature is a heart warming story told by Alvin Okami, "Papa KoAloha". Alan and Paul Okami from KoAloha 'Ukulele will be here for this event. The movie will be followed by a concert featuring 'ukulele legend Herb "Ohta-san" Ohta, 'ukulele master Herb Ohta, Jr., and Na Hoku Hanohano award winning vocalist Tony Conjugacion, with guests Nando Suan, Jon Yamasato, Rodney Takahashi and Ipo Tonaki.
