Conscious dance is about embodiment, a practice of non-judgment for yourself and others. Saturday night, March 26th let's drop out of our minds and into our bodies. Let's ALLOW freedom of expression and fully dance with what is.
Experience coming into presence with every part of yourself. In this dance space all of your emotions and embodied expressions are welcome here. Be present with your journey through music and movement medicine. Together we create a safe container to freely express all of who we really are.
Bring your pain, your joy. Your fear, your courage. Your weakness, your strengths. Your inhibition, your freedom. It's not about how you look, it's about how you feel.
