Edible Jersey COOKS! with Eno Terra
Cooking Class and Luncheon - In this demonstration class, executive chef Christopher Albrecht shares his trade secrets for creating one of Eno Terra's signature pasta dishes. Following Chris' demonstration, enjoy a 3-course luncheon with wine pairing featuring an appetizer of watercress and farro salad, entree of Gnocchi and early spring vegetables and a delicious dessert with a taste of spring rhubarb. Cost: $75 per person, all-inclusive. A portion of each ticket price benefits the Princeton School Garden Cooperative. Space is limited.
