FNF-June 5th "SUSHI & SUMO"

Friday Night Flights aims to bring a 1...2...punch to your palate. This isn't Rocky Vs. Apollo Creed. This is a battle for your palate, an experience that will have you outside of your comfort zone trying to find a way back in. FNF

As the name of the event implies, we will be enjoying both Sushi and Sumo!

-FIRST-

We have Buffalo's Best Sushi Chef Kenneth Legnon coming out from SeaBar at 6pm to put on a spread that will likely blow your face off! He will be preparing all of this right in front of your eyes and teaching along the way. Menu will be a surprise but it will likely include hand rolls, sashimi, nigiri, and seabar rolls! We will be pairing each course with a wine from our lineup.

-Second-

We have curated a NYS Riesling flight for you to put across your palate. This grape has put NY on the map and it continues to be one of our favorites here at LOEW. Come check out what this state can produce from the Hudson Valley to the Niagara Region and everything in between.

-Lastly-

SUMO! I have two blow up sumo costumes that will fit anyone. We will set up the ring outside on the lawn and then go at it! This is something that we all would like to do but most never will......here is your opportunity! Rules will be discussed at event. First Beer is on me!
