The Garden
We are all travelers.
Set off on an intimate yet expansive journey that invites you to become both viewer and participant in The Garden, where an individualized sound score will gently guide you as you navigate the shifting terrain of the performance.
Conceived and directed by Nichole Canuso, The Garden uses original music by Michael Kiley and James Sugg to create a sprawling exploration of possibilities, executed on the smallest possible scale.
This highly exclusive performance is meant for four participants at a time. This evening length project premiered in the Fall of 2013 as part of the Fringe Festival presented by FringeArts and had a continued run in November 2013 in Philadelphia. The Orchard Project is presenting a 20 minute excerpt of the work. Don't miss out on your chance to visit The Garden.
The Garden was made possible by the generous support of the James L. and John S. Knight Foundation, The National Endowment for the Arts, the Wyncote Foundation, the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, the Suzanne Roberts Cultural Development Fund, Millay Colony for the Arts, The Orchard Project and our fabulous band of Kickstarter.
