Earth, Fruit and Spice: Transforming Pinot Noir
This sit-down class will explore Pinot Noir from its three main growing regions: Oregon, California and the Burgundy region of France.
Oregon Pinot Noirs tend to be fruity, while California Pinots trend toward spice and the French, earthy.
Each Pinot Noir will be paired with a food taste of those three same flavors. You'll learn how the flavors of earth, fruit and spice can alter your experience of Pinot Noir.
