21st Amendment Brewery and VERGE Restaurant invite you to our five-course Chef's tasting menu & beer dinner!
Join us Thursday, May 21st, at 6:30pm for a lovely evening outdoors in the beautiful courtyard at the Toll House Hotel.
This fabulous event will feature five sumptuous plates expertly prepared and introduced by Executive Chef, Albert Nguyen-Phuoc. Each course will be accompanied by a specially selected brew and verbal presentation by 21st Amendment:
Seafood Cioppino with Swordfish, Shrimp and Mussels Watermelon & Baby Kale Salad with Pork Belly and Balsamic Caviar Roasted Duck Breast with Farro Cake and Smoked Chili Olive Oil Beef Tenderloin Medallions with Marble Potatoes and Tomatillo Sauce Sweet-Poached Pear with Bleu Cheese and Beet Soil
