Conscious Dance In Community

Conscious dance is about embodiment, a practice of non-judgment for yourself and others. This Saturday night, February 26th let's drop out of our minds and into our bodies. Let's ALLOW freedom of expression so we can fully dance with what is.

Experience coming into presence with every part of yourself. In this dance space all of your emotions and embodied expressions are welcome here. Be present with your journey through music and movement medicine, . Together we create a safe container to freely express all of who we really are.

Bring your pain, your joy. Your fear, your courage. Your weakness, your strengths. Your inhibition, your freedom. It's not about how you look, it's about how you feel.

***FYI***
Bring a healthy snack for yourself and/or to share with a few others in community. After we dance we'll share authentic moments together, including "Communi-Tea & Togetherness", lounge in the "chill space" and embody more connection with yourself and others. Dress to sweat.

NO talking, NO alcohol, YES Sacredness, YES Soulfulness, YES Playfulness, YES Conscious Dancing.

Our dances are a conscious dance outreach into community. We offer (5) dance scholarships for people who are in financial need and want to serve in community. We have (2) scholarships still available for those in need, we are here to support you. Scholarships are limited, and need to be reserved in advance.
