ABOUT THE ARTIST: Eric Davis will star as the Clown in Cirque du Soleil's upcoming Hollywood production, IRIS, which will play at Hollywood's home to the Oscars- the Kodak Theater beginning July 2011. In 2010 Mr. Davis won New York's Golden Nose Award for Clown of the Year. He was a founder and Director of the NY Clown Theatre Festival. Mr. Davis originally hails from Kansas and currently resides in New York. His work and teaching combine elements of Bouffon, European and Native American Clowning, Dance, Movement and Improvisation.
