Rick Bayless's XOCO is bringing its Yucatan-themed pop-up dinner to the Temperance Tap Room on April 27th! Join us for a three-course beer dinner featuring XOCO's Cochinita Pibil Tacos made from suckling pigs slow-roasted overnight in their wood-burning oven. The menu includes:
- Unique beer cocktail created by XOCO mixologist
- Sikil Pak: Mexican pumpkinseed dip with chips & veggies
- Cochinita Pibil Tacos (Vegetarian option available)
- Coconut Rice Pudding
Tickets are $40 and includes three beer pairings.
