Charlotte's Web
The ECS production of Charlotte's Web is the first non-musical play, and first full-length production to be held at Endeavor's new campus in Wake Forest. The play is performed by 6th-8th graders in the drama program. Sets, costumes, and props are created by 6th-8th graders in the art program. Students are responsible for all behind-the-scenes work.
The story of Charlotte's Web has been named "the best American children's book of the past two hundred years" by The Children's Literature Association, and playwright Joseph Robinette has created a play that captures author E.B. White's spirit. This production is appropriate for children ages five and up.
Performances will be held in the ECS multipurpose room at the times and dates below:
Thursday, May 14th at 7:00 pm Friday, May 15th at 7:00 pm Saturday, May 16th at 1:00 pm
Seating is general admission. The show runs approximately 90 minutes with one 15-minute intermission. Concessions are available for purchase to support the fine arts department.
