Friday Night Flights - The Local Flavor
Friday Night Flights aims to bring a 1...2...punch to your palate. This isn't Rocky Vs. Apollo Creed, this is a battle for your palate. This is an experience that will have you outside of your comfort zone trying to find a way back in. FNF
This FNF will be a Happy Hour type..esque...ish scenario! Because we are feeling the grip of winter releasing and the soft caress of Spring taking over, I wanted to keep things pretty light and easy.
- We will start off by highlighting 4 DRY ROSE from our region. It's Spring and there is no better time to crack out these crisp, clean, fruity, and savory wines!
- Next we will be spotlighting BARKER BREWING. Erin Goodlander is the proud owner of Barker Brewing. Greg, Erin's husband, is the brewmaster and head cook. Barker Brewing is a true family endeavor.
- Lastly, we will be sipping on 3 local distilled products. These products will spotlight Buffalo's ever expanding spirits scene and we hope to expand your palates along with it!
