AIWF 14th Annual Big Red Winemaker Dinner
AIWF annual fundraiser for culinary and winemaking scholarships. Held at Daniel's Lake Union on Sunday April 12th. 6-course dinner created by Daniel's chef to pair with a total of 8 wines. Hosted by 6 winemakers or winery principals.
Our 14th annual Big Red fundraiser is returning to Daniel's Broiler Lake Union location where the event originated! Daniel's is preparing a custom multi- course menu to pair with the event wines:
6 super-premium Washington red wines (see below), presented by the winemakers or winery principals, paired with exclusive menu created by Daniel's for this event.
Attendance is limited so each guest can be seated with a winemaker.
MENU
Will include passed appetizers upon your arrival, served with the mystery wine (closest guess wins a bottle!), then a seated salad course paired with Tranche Slice of Pape Blanc, then 3 separate entree' courses, each paired with two of the featured red wines. Followed by dessert and coffee service.
