Peay and Paradigm Wine Dinner
Gather in the Old Fourth Ward for a special, prix fixe dinner at 4th & Swift featuring wine pairings from Peay and Paradigm Vineyards on Monday, May 18. Guests will enjoy a welcome reception and four course dinner from chef de cuisine Jeb Aldrich paired with carefully selected California wines.

Welcome Reception West Coast Oysters served with Campari-pink peppercorn mignonette and 2014 Rosé of Pinot Noir, Cep Vineyards, Hopkins Ranch, Sustainable, Russian River Valley.
First Course: Brown Butter Poached Skate Wing with sweet corn, chanterelle, tomato-bacon agrodolce, fume gras and Pantellaria capers Wine Pairing: 2013 Chardonnay, Peay Vineyards, Sonoma Coast
Second Course: Oven Roasted Georgia Quail with morel mushroom and fava bean fricasse, panisse and harissa Wine Pairing: 2013 Pinot Noir, Peay Vineards, Sonoma Coast
