Copine Chef Shaun McCrain Supper Club Events
Copine is pleased to offer a series of Early Spring and Summer Supper Clubs. Join us at the Mallet Kitchen Studio above Esquin Wines in Sodo.
The evening will begin at 6:30 with a custom craft cocktail from Miles Thomas of Scrappy's Bitters, followed by dinner seating at around 7:00. We are very honored to include Mouton Noir 2013 Oregogne Pinot Noir from winemaker André Hueston Mack in our lineup of wines served with dinner.
The menu for our Sunday Supper on April 19th is as follows:
Spring Vegetable Salad, Wild Arugula, Black Truffle Vinaigrette
Hand Rolled Orecchiette Pasta, English Peas, Duck Confit, Foie Gras Emulsion
Smoked Pork Belly and Roasted Pork Rib-Eye, Cassoulet of Spring Beans, Pork Jus
Lemon Thyme-Scented Olive Oil Cake, Citrus Semifreddo, Candied Pine Nuts
