You Had To Be There Learns to Share: A Benefit Sketch Show for the Actors' Theatre
You Had To Be There Learns to Share
A Benefit show for the Santa Cruz Actor's Theatre
Will any jaunty dance satisfy Queen Sophia?
Who are the Carcass Corporation?
How much does a used sonnet really go for these days?
The answers to these questions, and more that you never thought to ask can be found in You Had To Be There's upcoming sketch comedy debut show! After selfishly hogging the SC Weekly award for Best Theater Troupe of 2009, You Had To Be There finally gives something back to the community, by donating 50% of the money raised by these shows to the Santa Cruz Actors' Theatre. Enjoy two evenings of original entertainment, Nov. 19th and 20th, 7pm & 9pm, and support the local arts, so your conscience can shut up about that murder spree.
Each show will be slightly different, so you may want to attending several to catch all the flying bits and pieces of hilarity, then go home and knit them into a sweater.
Nov. 19th and 20th Friday and Saturday
Shows at 7pm & 9pm
